My experience with Mendmeshop has been great from the beginning. I hurt my knees last August, and at one point I couldn't even walk. I had tried everything from chiropractic treatments to physical therapy to traditional rest, and nothing really seemed to help a whole lot. One thing that made my knee problems worse was the muscles spasms I was having in my legs. Nothing really helped these, and they sometimes would last for days. So I ordered the Platinum Knee Therapy Kit because I wanted to try the ultrasound. I have been using it for the past couple of months. The number and frequency muscle spasms have greatly lessened, and this has made healing easier. I use the ultrasound daily, and have found that it can provide immediate relief to pain now that I have been using it for awhile. I also use the cold pack when I feel acute pain, and I find it to be really easy to use and really comfortable. The heat pack is good for when my knees are feeling stiff. The lavender ultrasound gel is very cooling and soothing, and I can feel it going deeply into my knees when I use the ultrasound. I have also been extremely happy with the customer service I have received. The staff have always been happy to answer my questions and very prompt in getting back to me. I even received a personal phone call letting me know when an order would be shipped, which I really appreciated. I had Plantar Fasciitis for 6 months and had been to a podiatrist and orthopedic surgeon. All the calf stretching, night socks, and even the expensive orthopedic inserts in my shoes had not helped at all. I found the Mend Me Shop online and they suggested the ultrasound therapy. I was very skeptical, especially since the podiatrist had given me ultrasound twice a week for 6 weeks, and it had not helped. I decided to try it because I was in such pain. I used it three times a day for two weeks, as suggested and felt relief after 4 days! I could not believe it. The medical specialists at the Mend Me Shop have given me far more specifics as to how I should stretch and what is going on with my foot than either doctor did. They also did not push all their products, but just the one that they felt would help my situation the most. I just finished the first three weeks of treatment and I feel about 90% healed. There is no pain when I first get up in the morning, nor when I wear my shoes with orthodics. I am starting one more round of ultrasound to heal it completely. I ordered this wrap after finding out I have a Calcium deposit in my shoulder which has turned to Tendinitius. The wrap is awesome and instantly takes the pain away. The only thing negative I can say is if you are right at a 40 size chest order the SM/LG (under 40'). I am in the process of exchanging sizes because I ordered the LG/XL (40'-48') and the wrap is bulky and very big. I am right on the cute off for 40' and went bigger when I first ordered and should have ordered the small.

Chronic Tendonitis

Stretching is important for your Achilles Tendon

Chronic tendonitis (or chronic tendinitis) occurs when a tendon near a joint becomes inflamed, usually because of repetitive overuse. The condition will typically affects patients in the shoulder, elbow, knee, ankle and foot areas, as these are the most active and stressed joints.

Close to 4 million people in the United States seek treatment each year for symptoms of tennis elbow alone! This one of the most common locations for chronic tendonitis and is quite common among athletes. Swinging a golf club or a tennis racquet repetitively can wear on a person's tendons and cause them to become inflamed.

Until recently, treatment options for patients with chronic tendonitis have been limited to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen, and stretching exercises, but that is changing due to new treatment methods such as therapeutic ultrasound and shockwave vibration therapies. I am very happy that I purchased the Ultrasound System. It has worked for me and after many months of pain, I have no more pain. I am so happy to have found the machine. I was sitting at a table playing in a tournament. At the end of the round when I was to move to the next table, I could not get there without help from others. The pain was intense.
